On the Move

Knox is now seven whole months old. I can't believe how quickly he is growing up. His latest trick is pushing himself up to hands and knees and rocking back and forth. He hasn't figured out how to get anywhere from this position yet, but I know it won't be long. He scoots backward on his tummy, rotates like a compass needle to get to his toys, drops his toys and watches where they land, then lets me know that it's my turn to play fetch for him. He has figured out how to communicate through his fusses and cries, but his smiles are still his main form of communication, much to our delight.

We've had beautiful spring weather this past week, so Knox has enjoyed many stroller rides. He has a strong reaction to sun shining in his eyes, so he wears a wonderful hat and has a pair of baby sunglasses that I have yet to test out. He has lots of friends, big and small, who I will introduce on this blog eventually.

Clay and I are house hunting, so we might be on the move ourselves this summer. I'll keep you posted, literally!
